For the last few years, the condos at the student complex in SLO called Cedar Creek seemed to be falling behind the appreciation of other SLO properties. A year ago, the majority of them were still going for under $300K. Well, looks like they're catching up with with the rest of the market. One just sold for $369,000. They are 2 bedroom units, kinda cramped if you try to put 4 Cal Poly students in them. But, that's what you'll probably need to do if you're looking to pay the mortgage with rental income.
