San Luis Obispo is looking to adopt tougher panhandling laws to help reduce the number in downtown SLO. Laws to be voted on include restricting panhandling near ATMs, intersections, and entrances to businesses. They also are looking to restrict bench sitting for 2 hours at a time or 3 hours for the entire day.
