I updated the graph on the Slo Watch statistics page. It looks like things are calming down. Although we had the lowest number of Pending Sales in November than we've had since I started keeping the statistics, the number of new listings also decreased. The number of expireds, cancellations, and temporarily off market are high which helps get some of the over-priced homes off the market.
