I updated both the Just Sold and REO reports just now. I had to split the active REO/Short Sale report for the Santa Maria into 2 reports as it has exceeded 300 properties, the limit of my reporting tool. Even with splitting up Santa Maria and Orcutt, I almost exceeded 300 properties for just Santa Maria alone. I have a feeling that it won't be long before I need to run 3 reports for this area.
