Michael Jackson's Neverland ranch is in foreclosure. According to the records, he took out a $23 Million loan in April of 2006 and as of 10/12/2007 is deliquent in the amount of $23,212,963. The property sits on 2.538 acres and is assesed at $17,942,560 (Land - $6,898,858, Improvements - $11,043,702).
