Interesting month...new listings were way down which should help reduce the inventory levels. I'm surprised with Back on Markets being down so much (Back on Market include homes that fell out of escrow and went back on the market). Price changes is still over 1,000 which shows that Sellers are realizing that they need to do something with the price to try to bring a Buyer. Pending Sales hit a new low but pretty constant with the past few months.
