A few of you have asked me if I'm seeing the market take off since the New Year. I think it's too early to tell but I do know that since about the 30th of December, we've seen a significant increase in the number of Buyers contacting us for information about properties.

As far as statistics go, the first 7 days of 2008 resulted in:

115 - New Listings
252 - Price Changes
77 - Pending Sales
