I looked at the Pending Sales for March and how many were foreclosures and short sales.

For Homes/Condos/PUDs in SLO County:

28% of the TOTAL Pendings were foreclosures/shortsales. Those broke down to 65% foreclosures/35% short sales.

74% of the TOTAL Pendings were foreclosures/short sales. Of these, the mixture was 65% foreclosure/35% short sales.
