For the first 10 days of June, the Central Coast residential market is pretty active. We've had 191 Pending Sales already with only 243 New Listings. That helps to not add much to the inventory. We have had 343 Price Changes so far which is at a bit higher pace than recent months but not by much.

It should be interesting to see what the rest of the month does.
