Summer Selling Tips! Here are some tips that I teach all of my clients to keep in mind during the summer months.

• If its hot where you live, leave the A/C on for showings - at a nice comfortable temperature, not too hot and not too cold!
• Make sure you groom your yard! Keep all flowers and grass nicely trimmed and living if at all possible!
• Spread bark chips around plants, it looks more manicured and it helps conserve water.
• Make sure to ventilate your home during the cool hours of the day, so that your home smell doesn't get stagnant.
• Make sure that your house can always be "show ready" in 2 hours or less.
• Keep spider webs and bugs under control.
• Clean your windows.
• Showcase your views!
• Water house plants a little more often- dead house plants are not buyer friendly!
