Every agent says how well they can sell your home. Every Brokerage has a listing presentation that their agents can use that has all the right words. But what it gets down to is a Listing Service needs to do three things:
1) Present your home well
2) Get your home listing plenty of exposure
3) Put as much money in your pocket as possible
In a declining market, what's also important is that a home is sold for the best possible price in the shortest amount of time. A home that sits, costs a seller money! A seller should consider a commission schedule with the Listing Agent that changes depending how long the home is on the market. This will help eliminate any real estate agents trying to get your listing by suggesting a high price to market your home at just to get the seller to sign the listing contract.

We create a custom website for each property, announce it on our blog, and put it as a featured listing on every MLS search page on our site. We average over 12,000 views of MLS pages a day so that means that your property link will be displayed 12,000+ times a DAY too.
