The Realtor you choose to sell your higher-end home may cost you as much as $100,000+!  This isn't the commission they charge but how much money you're going to end up with in your pocket after your home is sold.

We're a bit different than other Realtors in the Listing Service we offer as we are selective with the Listings we take.  Our focus is on higher-end homes with one or more in-demand features (location, view, lot. home) where GREAT marketing can make the difference in getting a $1.5M offer vs. a $1.4M offer.

The Internet plus the market downturn over the last few years has really changed the Listing Service offered by a good Realtor. You don't market a $1.5M home the same way as a $400K home but the majority of Realtors only have ONE listing service and unfortunately, it's the same as they were using 5+ years ago to sell $150K homes.
