Each of our interacitve Dashboards have over 1400 graphs of Central Coast Real Estate Market Statistics...and they are fast and easy to use. You won't find this offered by any other Realtor or Brokerage as we developed these ourselves! The dashboards are updated monthly with the latest statistics to keep our clients up-to-date on the local real estate market.
They are Easy to Use...1) Choose a property type, 2) Choose an area, 3) Choose to see yearly stats or monthly (YTD), 4) Choose the type of graph (foreclosure mix, median home price, average Cumulative Days on Market (CDOM), average $/square foot, etc.).
A dashboard takes about 10-15 seconds to load and initialize on a cable/DSL connection. Once it's loaded, all graphs display FAST!
* The statistics dashboards require a Flash player. If you don't have one installed, it will provide you a link to download it. The dashboards won't work on the IPAD browser, as Apple doesn't currently support Flash on the IPAD. But, you can use the free application "Cloud Browse" which will allow you to view the dashboards.
** Make sure you choose the Property Type you are wanting to see. Most dashboards default to Condos when they first load.
