The Inventory Dashboard provides insight into even more market statistics than our other dashboards.
Inventory- Shows the inventory as of the first of the month.
Months of Inventory (MOI) - Calculates the Months of Inventory by dividing the Inventory by the number of Solds in the last 30 days,. 6 Months of Inventory is considered a neutral market. Less than 6 months, a Sellers market. More than 6 months, a Buyers market.
# of New Listings - Reports the number of new listings in a particular month.
# of Pendings - Reports the number of Pending Sales in a month. This is good to see trends as Pending Sales in a given month become Solds over the next few months, depending how quick the escrow is.
The Inventory dashboard may take some time to download if you are on a slower speed Internet connection. Once it loads, the graphs will display FAST.
Make sure you choose the Property type you want to look at. Condo is the default. SFRSB is Single Family Homes - Stick Built.
