Lake Powell - August 2006

Here are some photos from my houseboat trip to Lake Powell. We went out of Waweap, which is the closest of the marinas from SLO. We stopped in Las Vegas both on the way out and on the way back which made for a nice break. It was about a 4 1/2 hour drive from Las Vegas to Lake Powell.

I hope you enjoy the photos. We stayed on the houseboat most of the week but did the hike to Rainbow Bridge, the largest natural bridge in the world. The guys jumping into the water are my nephews and the girl is my youngest daughter. I added those as I thought the photo came out pretty good.
