We are excited to provide this information report to assist you! This one is REALLY COOL!! This report takes information directly from the Central Coast MLS System at the time you fill out the report request form. What this means is that you'll get the latest Active and Sold information. If a home changed to Sold status a minute before you fill out the request, you'll see it on your report. There is also a wealth of other information on the report such as inventory count, days on market, and list vs. sold price. You can also sort listing information the way you want by just clicking on the column title. There is also Community Info and School Info included which allows you to become familiar with a particular area. between $700,000-$1,000,000 so you can see what the reports look like. (Note: Click on the graphs to enlarge them so you can see the labels). I paid for an unlimited number of reports so run as many as you want. If you know a home has recently Sold but hasn't shown up yet, don't hesitate to run a daily report until you see what it sold for. Or, if you're looking at multiple cities, run different reports for each zip code. This report replaces my Just Sold reports since this one has current information every time you run it. This report will provide info on any city in our MLS region including the Santa Ynez Valley, Santa Maria Valley, and San Luis Obispo County. If you're looking for Community Information, I've discovered that it doesn't do well with some zip codes alone. If this happens in a Buyers report, run the report again and choose Seller and enter in an address in the city you're wanting to get Community Info in. That should work for you. Also, when you're done filling out the form, it will have a "Close" button. Just ignore this as it won't do anything. If you want to submit another report request, click here to reload the page.
