Search Central Coast MLS ListingsWe offer multiple types of MLS Listing Searches for you to use. We do this for a couple reasons...one is that we know everyone uses different types of computers, different web browsers, and different screen sizes so this allows you to choose the one that works best with your computer. Another reason is that each one is a bit different in the way you go about searching for homes and how they are displayed. Depending on where you are in your home search, you may like one if you're looking at where you might want to live and another search if you've focused on a particular area or two. We even have a MLS Search application that you can load on your Iphone or Blackberry and search for homes while you're out and about.All our MLS Searches use the same listing data so one MLS Search won't display more listings than any of the others. |

Neighborhood MLS Search Map This map search is still my favorite. We add a custom neighborhood search menu to the right on the map to allow you to quickly go to different areas within a city, saving you from having to drag the map around and zoom in and out. New Listings also show up on the map with a blue outline around the home icon. |

The Slider Search This is our newest MLS Listings Search. It uses "sliders" to choose your search criteria. What's also unique about this search is that it allows you to search by price changes plus allows you to display available foreclosures (REO and/or Short Sales) on the map. The property details also displays any price reductions the property has had and the Days on Market. |

A Full MLS Listings Search on Your Cell Phone Our FREE MLS Search application for Iphone, Blackberry, and other types of phones allows you to search and retrieve details about homes just like when you search on the computer. We are the FIRST to offer this application on the Central Coast and we think it's pretty darn cool! |

"Power" Search If you know what type of home you're looking for and what amenties you want, this power search will cut to the chase and find the homes that meet your criteria. We programmed this search to allow you choose almost every field within a MLS listing. |

MLS Menu Search At the top of most of the pages on our website you'll see our Central Coast MLS Search menu. We created this menu to allow you quickly search on items you may be interested in. From new listings to foreclosures to Gated Communties to Horse Properties, most anything you can think of is in the MLS Menu. (clicking the image at the left doesn't take you anywhere, you need to use this menu at the top of this page to see how it works) |

Custom MLS Listing Reports We also have a set of MLS Listing Reports that we designed ourselves so you won't find these on any other Central Coast real estate website. These reports are Price Changes, New Listings, REO-Foreclosures, and Pre-Foreclosure Short Sales. |
