Search Sold and Pending Listings
| Because of a 2009 ruling by the National Association
of Realtors (NAR), we're now able to offer searches of Sold and Pending
Listings. Now you can search Actives, Pendings, and Solds, just like a
Realtor can! Listings are updated DAILY so if a home recorded (Sold)
yesterday, you should see the info in Today's search, assuming the
Listing Agent updated the MLS listing with the Sold status. One main difference in our Sold and Pending searches vs. our existing searches is that REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. If you've been a visitor to SloCountyHomes.com for any length of time, you'll know that I try to provide information without needing to register. In the case of Sold and Pending listing searches, the MLS rules say I can only make theses searches available to registered users. If you don't want to register, we understand. You can continue to use the other listing searches we offer for Homes currently on the market, which don't require registration. You can also search on Active Listings and (Active) Foreclosures. I've chosen the search type of "County/City" (the top red arrow). The next red arrow shows a pull down menu where you choose how far back you want to search Sold Listings. This Sold search has listings for the last 24 months. (See below this screen shot for instructions on how to search for Pending Sales) ![]() Click here for the Sold and Pending Search Form Search Pending Sale Listings To search for Pending Listings, you need to click on the "Active Listings" Tab as shown by the top red arrow. Then you want to scroll down to the bottom of the search window to the "Listing Status" box. This is where you can choose Pending (as shown by the bottom red arrow). The Foreclosure tab is not really needed. On the Active Listings form, you'll see "Foreclosures" and "Short Sale" check boxes. You can check a box if you want to search Foreclosures/REOS, Short Sales, or both types of listings. ![]() Click here for the Sold and Pending Search Form |
