This dashboard displays the Year-To-Date (YTD) statistics for residential properties sold. For example, Jan-Apr 2013 vs. Jan-Apr 2012 vs. Jan-Apr 2011 vs. Jan-Apr 2010, etc. when you look at the Yearly Graphs.
The choices you can make are:
Yearly - see the data graphed by year
YTD - see the data graphed for the current year
Under "Property Type",
SFRSB = Single Family Residence Stick Built
MHInPk = Manufactured Home In Park
MHNoPk = Manufactured Home No Par
Mixed = Commercial with Residential Unit(s)
PUD = Planned Unit Development
CDOM = Cumulative Days On Market
One graph displays the percentage of Sold Price vs. Listing Price. The Listing Price is the last price before the property went Pending Sale, not the original List Price.
On the graph, 3 types of listings are shown (2 foreclosure listings (REO and Short Sale) and Normal which is non-foreclosures).. You can check/uncheck the box next to these listing types to display/hide them on the graph.
You can put your mouse over the graph and see the results it has graphed.
