| 1) 15-Minute HotSheet | Similar to our popular New Listings and Price Change reports, the Hotsheet report shows all listing activity over the past 7 days including Actives, Solds, Pendings, Expireds, Contingents, and Cancellations/Withdrawns. The HotSheet is updated EVERY 15 Minutes so our Clients keep up with the latest market activitiy. The only way to get more updated information is to be a Reatlor with direct access to the MLS System. |
| 2) Pre-foreclosure and Auction Search and Reports | This tool allows Keith Byrd Team Clients to search for pre-foreclosures and auctions. What homeowner wouldn't want to know if a home in thier neighborhood is going into foreclosure, especially if they are thinking about selling themselves? If you're Buying, knowing a home in the neighbrhood you plan to put an offer on is going into foreclosure may help with with the offer negotiation. |
| 3) Solds and Pending Sales Search | This tool allows Keith Byrd Team Clients to search Sold and Pending Sale listings over the past 24 months. For Solds, the original list price and the Sold price are included. We also provide map searches, similar to the MLS searches we have for Active listings, which allows quick access to a neighborhood to see if there has been any Sold or Pending activity. |
| 4) Custom Statistics Dashboards | We also offer our clients custom statistics dashboards if there is a certain type of property that a statistics dashboard can help with. |
| 5) IPAD/IPhone Application | Using this application, IPAD and Iphone users can utilize the GPS functionality of their device to display homes for sale around their current locationt. Perfect for those wanting to drive around to tour neighborhoods and check out what houses are listed for. |
6) CC&R's Database |
We are collecting the CC&Rs from different condo complexes and subdivisions and making them accessible to our Clients. |
| 7) Buyer Agent's Commission Lookup | This tool allows Keith Byrd Team Clients to look up what the commission is being offered the Buyer's Agent. Most Reatlors won't disclose the commission percentage for a particular home to their Buyers. Why is that?? The commission being offered is something I believe should be disclosed if a Buyer wants to know. |
